Deepika Padukone was spotted on a dinner date with Indian badminton player Lakshya Sen and Ranveer Singh's family last night, looking stunning in an all-black ensemble. The soon-to-be mom chose the chic look for the evening outing.

The paparazzi captured Deepika outside a restaurant in Mumbai, where she was joined by Lakshya Sen and members of Ranveer Singh's family, including his father, mother, and sister. For those who may not know, Lakshya was coached by Deepika's father, Prakash Padukone. The video shows a glowing Deepika, who is expecting her first child, adorably waddling out of the restaurant and greeting the photographers.


 






What Deepika wore


For her dinner outfit, Deepika opted for a black midi dress paired with an oversized blazer. The midi dress featured a figure-hugging silhouette that accentuated her growing baby bump, while the blazer added a stylish touch with its notch lapel collars, relaxed fit, padded shoulders, full-length sleeves, contrasting grey folded cuffs, and open front.


She completed the look with white sneakers, a watch, rings, golden hoop earrings, and a black shoulder bag. Deepika styled her long, wavy hair in a center parting, leaving it loose. Her makeup was on point with smoky eyeshadow, rouge-tinted cheeks, darkened brows, a brown lip shade, and mascara-coated lashes.

Deepika was last seen in Nag Ashwin's 'Kalki 2898 AD', alongside Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, and others. She is currently pregnant with her first child with Ranveer Singh. The couple announced the pregnancy on Instagram on February 29, with a post that read "September 2024" and featured cute motifs of baby clothes, shoes, and balloons. Deepika’s due date is in September 2024.


Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at Lake Como, Italy, in November 2018, surrounded by close friends and family. The couple had been secretly engaged for three years before their wedding.
