Actor Sonakshi Sinha's plush Bandra apartment has been listed for sale, stirring up curiosity among her fans. The sudden decision to sell the luxurious property has left many wondering about the reasons behind it, particularly since it was the venue of her wedding to actor Zaheer Iqbal.

The news came to light when a video showcasing the apartment, along with its price tag, was shared on a real estate-focused Instagram account. The post detailed that the apartment is situated in the elite 81 Aureate Building at Bandra Reclamation, offering stunning views of the sea.
Originally designed as a 4 BHK, the 4,200 sq. ft. apartment has been remodeled into a spacious 2 BHK with expansive decks. The property, fully furnished with modern amenities, is now on the market for Rs 25 crore. Interestingly, Sonakshi herself liked the post, which only fueled the speculation further.

The listing has led to a flurry of comments from followers, with many expressing surprise. One comment read, “That’s Sonakshi Sinha’s home... moving out too soon,” while another asked, “Why is Sonakshi Sinha selling her house? She had just bought it a while back.”

Back in September 2023, it was reported that Sonakshi had purchased the apartment on the 26th floor of the 81 Aureate building for Rs 11 crore. The luxurious sea-facing residence boasts a carpet area of 4,210.87 sq. ft. and offers picturesque views of Mahim Bay and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link.
Sonakshi got married to Zaheer Iqbal on 23 June this year in her Bandra apartment among close family and friends. Her wedding was followed by a reception at Bastian At The Top.
