New Delhi: The actor and leader of the Jana Sena Party (JSP), Pawan Kalyan, has never actively participated in social media, despite the fact that his brother, nephews, and contemporaries have. To the delight of his followers, the actor who goes by the stage name Power Star on Tuesday opened an official Instagram account, and that too on the anniversary of revolutionary Alluri Sitarama Raju's birth.

The hashtag #PawanKalyanOnInstagram became popular on Twitter as a result of Kalyan's supporters' ecstatic response to his Instagram debut. Pawan is prepared to make his imprint on social media, following the normal trend set by the Konidela family, as seen by the fact that he quickly gathered over 200,000 followers.

Welcoming his younger brother to the social media platform, veteran actor and Jana Sena Party member Nagendra Babu wrote, "On the day of the birth anniversary of Alluri Sitarama Raju, who said that the freedom of the motherland needs hands and not words, welcome to Instagram my Alluri, whom I know, whom I have seen…”

Kalyan has three movies scheduled for 2023, one of which, Samuthirakani's Bro, a fantasy comedy movie, is already in post-production. This is despite the fact that he is actively involved in Andhra Pradesh politics. Bro, a remake of the director's Vinodhaya Sitham, a Tamil film, will be released in theatres on July 28, 2023.

Recently released movie teaser introduces Kalyan's role as "Time" in a flashy and fashionable way. The persona played by Sai Dharam Tej resembles a corporate worker who is terrified by the ethereal abilities of Time.

The next movie to star Kalyan in the lead is Krish Jagarlamudi's 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu'. The film, a high-profile historical action-adventure, also features Bobby Deol, Nargis Fakhri, and Nidhhi Agerwal in significant roles.
