New Delhi: Actor Parineeti Chopra and AAP party leader Raghav Chadha will reportedly tie the knot in Udaipur this month. The couple got engaged in Delhi in May this year.

According to IANS, the wedding rituals will be held at Hotel Leela Palace and Udayavilas on September 23-24.

During this period, many big personalities from politics and Bollywood will come to Udaipur.

“Mehendi, haldi and sangeet events will start from September 23,” IANS quoted its sources.

A reception will reportedly be held in Gurugram after the wedding.

Several film personalities, including Parineeti's sister Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas, and leaders from Delhi and other states are expected to attend the event.

In July this year, they were spotted doing seva (service) inside the Golden Temple in Amritsar. Seeking blessings for their marriage at the temple recently, Parineeti was seen washing dishes while talking to some of the other people and also doing seva in the holy complex.

Raghav Chadda was seen doing the same, both of them washing the plates carefully. Parineeti was wearing a beige kurta salwar with a dupatta on her head while Raghav Chadda was wearing a white kurta and pajama with a grey Nehru jacket and his head covered with a saffron cloth with the symbol of the holy Nishan Sahib.

The couple got engaged on May 13, 2023, and their engagement party was attended by several high-profile guests such as Priyanka Chopra, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, and AAP leader and Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal.

Parineeti Chopra penned a sweet note after the ceremony on social media and wrote, “When you know, you know. One breakfast together and I knew - I had met the one. The most wonderful man whose quiet strength would be calming, peaceful and inspiring. His support, humour, wit and friendship are pure joy. He is my home. Our engagement party was like living a dream - a dream unfurling beautifully amidst love, laughter, emotion and loads of dancing! As we hugged those we loved dearest and celebrated with them, emotions overflowed. As a little girl in awe of princess stories, I had imagined how my fairytale would begin. Now that it has, it is even better than I had imagined.”
