New Delhi: Actor Mrunal Thakur and rapper-songwriter Badshah have raised many eyebrows after a video of them from Shilpa Shetty's Diwali party went viral. In the video, we see Mrunal and Badshah holding hands as they exit the party organized over the weekend. The video was shared on Reddit by a user who wrote, "Mrunal and Badshah yesterday at Shilpa’s Diwali party. Are they dating?"
Soon after many reshared the video on several platforms labelling it 'unlikely couple alert.'
Mrunal Thakur and Badshah were seen leaving Shilpa's party hand in hand before they got inside their waiting car.
In the pictures too which have been doing the rounds on social media, we see Mrunal in a green lehenga and Badshah in a black indo-western outfit looking dapper.
The 'Sita Ramam' actor also shared some pictures from Shilpa Shetty's Diwali bash on her Instagram handle on Sunday. In the pictures, we see the rumoured couple pose for pictures with the host Shilpa Shetty.
After the video went viral, A Reddit user wrote, "I no way expected them as a couple. Wow. Really wow." While another wrote, "Isn't he married and has a kid as well?"
For those unaware, Badshah was earlier married to Jasmine Masih. They divorced in 2020. Their daughter Jessemy Grace Masih Singh was born in 2017.
Another Reddit user also denied such rumours and said, "It doesn't really look like they (Mrunal and Badshah) are dating... they were saying bye I guess. Let's hope it's not true… also wasn't there a rumour about her dating a Telugu guy?"
Some time ago, there was also rumour about Mrunal marrying a Telugu actor and getting settled in Hyderabad although Mrunal had denied such reports.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Mrunal Tahkur was most recently seen in ‘Pippa’ alongside Ishaan Khatter.
