New Delhi: Mira Rajput is a social media influencer and often shares beauty tips and Ayurveda related food diet recipes on her Instagram. She is also an angle investor now. Recently, while talking at an event, Mira recalled her first internship and shared that she used to work for a pet grooming business. She also shared that shw would make cold calls as the company she worked for had a subscription box and they also had a list of clients.
Recently, at the ETRetail Celeb Talk, Mira said, "My first internship ever was with Heads Up for Tails. I was making cold calls, because at that time they had a subscription box, and we had a list of clients, and I had to call them up and say, ‘Would you like to subscribe to the subscription box? Every month we are going to send you something personalised’.”
Earlier, in a chat with Your Story, Mira spoke about how she started her journey as an angel investor. "I started angel investing because I saw that opportunity with my husband. He has this huge audience and people look up to him. He has a ready base of consumers, and I look for things which align with him.”
Mira Rajput has also on numerous occasions in the past spoken about the time when she wanted to be a surgeon. In an interview with Hindustan Times, she shared, "I have done a few things when I was in school and college. I’ve also done several internships. I worked in advertising, too. Initially, I wanted to be a doctor and I even did an internship at a hospital. I was determined to become a surgeon and even saw 13-14 surgeries. But then I realised that it required a lot of study.”
Mira is the face of many beauty and sports fitness brands. As an angel investor, she has invested in companies like SARVA Yoga, Wellbeing Nutrition, Zama Organics.
