Karan Aujla’s Concert Tickets Priced Up To ₹1 Lakh, Outpricing Diljit Dosanjh and Coldplay Shows

Karan Aujla India tour: In recent months, Indian audiences have been treated to high-profile concerts like Diljit Dosanjh, Maroon 5, and Dua Lipa, with Coldplay scheduled to perform in January 2025 with a huge talk on the expensive ticket prices. Punjabi singer Karan Aujla, who is all set to embark on his India tour this month, has surpassed all these concerts making his shows the most expensive of the lot. 

Karan Aujla concert's costliest ticket 

His concert tickets are now available on the ticketing platform BookMyShow. The highlight of Aujla's tour is his December 19 concert in Gurgaon, where the premium VVIP Diamond pass is priced at a staggering Rs 15 lakh. This exclusive ticket grants entry for a group of 15 people and includes luxury perks like eight premium bottles, two champagne bottles, unlimited beer, and energy drinks/mixers. The same price applies to his Mumbai show, making the cost per person Rs 1 lakh. 

In comparison, the lounge pass for Diljit Dosanjh’s Mumbai concert on December 17 costs Rs 60,000 for the most expensive ticket, significantly less than Aujla’s offerings. 

Ticket pricing across cities 

While Gurgaon and Mumbai lead with the highest ticket prices, Karan Aujla’s other tour stops also offer premium options. In Kolkata, the same VVIP package is priced at Rs 3 lakh, while in Jaipur and Hyderabad, it costs Rs 6 lakh and Rs 6.5 lakh, respectively. 

The cheapest ticket for Aujla’s Ahmedabad show, scheduled for December 31, is priced at Rs 2,749, though the venue details are yet to be announced. 

Comparisons with other concerts

The pricing of Aujla's tickets has sparked comparisons with other recent high-profile concerts in India. For instance: 

Coldplay’s upcoming Ahmedabad concert has its most expensive ticket priced at Rs 35,000, with the cheapest ticket available at Rs 2,500. 

Maroon 5’s Mumbai concert had tickets ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 20,000. 

Dua Lipa’s show in Mumbai offered tickets priced between Rs 3,500 and Rs 45,000. 

Aujla's ticket prices even overshadow those of Diljit Dosanjh, whose most expensive ticket in Mumbai costs Rs 60,000, with entry-level passes available for Rs 4,999.
