New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut has built a reputation for herself as a social media savviness. Recently, Kangana spoke in response to a Twitter user who criticised a young woman for dressing provocatively in short Western clothing at Kangra's Baijnath Temple in Himachal Pradesh. She agreed with the sentiment and called the girl a "clown" for walking around in night dresses like they were casual. She responded to a tweet by saying she had been turned away from the Vatican because she was wearing shorts.

Photos of two young women taken on the grounds of Baijnath Temple were shared on Twitter. One woman is seen with a crop top and shorts, while another is dressed in jeans and a shawl. With the pictures, he penned in Hindi, "This is the sight of Baijnath, the renowned Shiva temple in Himachal.”

The actress took to Twitter on Friday morning, May 26, to criticise those who visit the Baijnath Temple in her native state of Himachal Pradesh while dressed in short clothes. She also shared her own experience from the Vatican.

Kanagana wrote, “These are western clothes, invented and promoted by white people, I was once at the Vatican wearing shorts and T-shirt, I wasn’t even allowed in the premises, I had to go back to my hotel and change…. These clowns who wear night dresses like they are casuals are nothing but lazy and lame ….. I don’t think they are capable of having any other intention but there should be strict rules for such fools ….”

Meanwhile, Kangan Ranaut will be seen in 'Chandramukhi 2', which is being helmed by P Vasu. In the film, Kangana will portray the role of a dancer in the king's court. Kangana will also be seen in the upcoming period drama 'Emergency', which also marks her first solo directorial film. She also has 'Tejas' in the pipeline besides many other projects.
