Janhvi Kapoor's recent visit to Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple on the day of Gudi Padwa captured hearts as she walked barefoot to seek blessings. A video that is making rounds on the internet shows the actress accompanied by her team and police escort outside the temple.
Janhvi Kapoor chose an early morning visit to experience a peaceful darshan without much fanfare. The actress opted for simplicity in a traditional outfit. Clad in a baby pink salwar kameez, she exuded grace.
It seems that Janhvi offered prayers for her father Boney Kapoor's next work, 'Maidaan', which is scheduled to be released in theatres on April 11.
Janhvi Kapoor visits Tirupati
Janhvi celebrated her birthday last month by visiting the Tirupati Temple with her rumoured partner Shikhar Pahariya and closest friend Orry. Janhvi was seen climbing the steps of the temple on her knees in a video that Orry uploaded.
In the vlog, Janhvi shared, “Being a spiritual person, I have spent about fifty separate visits to the hill shrine. I climbed the steps on my knees to fulfil my offer to Lord Balaji.”
Not only has the actress travelled to the shrine many times with Shikhar, but she has also gone there with her sister Khushi and their father Boney Kapoor.
Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming projects
On the professional front, Janhvi’s upcoming projects include ‘Mr. and Mrs. Mahi’ alongside Rajkummar Rao and ‘Devara: Part 1’ with Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan. The movie will mark her Telugu debut. One of her next projects is ‘Uljah’, which will also include Roshan Mathew and Gulshan Devaiah.
