New Delhi: Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan got married to fitness expert Nupur Sikhare on January 10 in Udaipur in a Christian ceremony. The pictures and videos from the wedding are doing the rounds on social media. One of the videos shows Aamir getting emotional seeing his daughter getting married.
The wedding was officiated by Ira's cousin, Zayn Marie Khan. The couple sealed it with a kiss after being pronounced man and wife. In the video, Aamir Khan can be seen getting emotional and wiping his tears. His ex-wife and Ira's mother Reena was seen by his side.

Another video shows, the couple walking down the aisle hand in hand. Ira chose a white gown with sheer embellishments. To complete the minimalist style, she chose a gorgeous tiara and tied her hair. Nupur looked sharp in a suit of pale yellow.

Tamil actor and producer Vishnu Vishal and his wife and Badminton player Jwala Gutta were also present at the wedding. Sharing pictures from the festivities on his Instagram, Vishnu Vishal wrote: "God bless the newly weds.”

Recently, Aamir Khan and Vishnu Vishal were rescued by boat in cyclone-hit Chennai.
Nupur Shikhare and Ira Khan got engaged in September 2022. They signed the marriage registration document in the presence of friends and family on January 3 in Mumbai. They had a three-day-long wedding festivities in Udaipur including mehendi, sangeet, pajama party, and the wedding.
They will host the reception for the industry at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre on January 13.
