Deepika frequently reshared posts about the struggles new moms face. On Wednesday, she reposted a note on her Instagram story that read, “Mums who gave birth in 2024 remember this…When you see everyone’s highlight reel at the end of the year, remember your body GREW and BIRTHED a whole human this year! NOTHING tops that…”
Deepika responded to the post with ‘Amen.’
Deepika on postpartum challenges
Earlier, Deepika opened up about her postpartum challenges, including feeling sleep-deprived, burnt out, and stressed. She shared, “When you are sleep-deprived or burnt out the decisions that you make and I think sometimes I can actually feel it. I know on particular days when I am feeling stressed or burnt out because I haven’t slept enough or practiced my self-care rituals…I can tell that my decision-making is getting affected to some extent.”
On Tuesday night, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were spotted together at the Mumbai airport. The couple reportedly traveled to the Maldives to celebrate Deepika’s 39th birthday, which was on January 5. They were also accompanied by their daughter, Dua Singh Padukone, who was sleeping in the car. The devoted parents made sure not to disturb her.
