About the apartment
The sprawling apartment occupies a built-up area of 3,245 square feet, with a carpet area of 2,319.5 square feet, offering ample space for the couple to enjoy their privacy and comfort. In addition, the lease agreement includes three designated parking spaces, a convenient feature for the star couple, who are known for their busy schedules and extensive travel.
The lease, which was officially registered in November 2024, is set for a term of 36 months. The apartment is located in the well-known Beau Monde Towers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, a residential complex that has become synonymous with luxury living in Mumbai. The area of Prabhadevi, where the building is situated, is also home to the revered Siddhivinayak Temple and is within easy reach of popular destinations like Dadar Beach and High Street Phoenix Mall.

As per Square Yards, the residence spans a carpet area of 5,395 sq ft and a built-up area of 6,175.42 sq ft, complete with three dedicated parking spaces. The lease, which was registered in November 2024, has a duration of 60 months and required a security deposit of ₹1.23 crore.
Three Sixty West, covering 1.58 acres, offers ready-to-move-in 4 and 5 BHK apartments and is renowned for its premium amenities. The property is expected to generate a gross rental yield of 4-5% annually for the Kapoors.
