New Delhi: One of the most favourite celebrity couples in the country Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma welcomed their first child on January 11, 2021. The actress gave birth to a baby girl whom they named Vamika. The Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli was accompanied by his wife Anushka and daughter Vamika as he played in Gujarat. The Indian team defeated England on Sunday and after the match was over, the family was spotted at the airport.
Celebrity photographer Manav Manglani shared a post where Anushka Sharma can be seen carrying baby Vamika in her arms as she is spotted wearing a mustard yellow top and a pair of jeans. Virat, on the other hand, can be seen carrying the luggage as he walks behind his family.

Earlier this month, on the occasion of Women’s Day, Virat Kohli also shared an appreciation post for the women in his life. While sharing the note, he also shared an unseen picture of Anushka and his daughter Vamika.
The note read, “Seeing the birth of a child is the most spine chilling, unbelievable and amazing experience a human being can have. After witnessing that, you understand the true strength and divinity of women and why God created life inside them. It's because they are way stronger than us men. Happy Women's Day to the most fiercely, compassionate and strong woman of my life and to the one who's going to grow up to be like her mother ❤️. And also a Happy Women’s Day to all the amazing women of the world.”
Meanwhile, speaking on the professional front, new mommy Anushka Sharma has not yet announced any of her upcoming projects. She was last seen on-screen in the 2018 movie ‘Zero’.
