New Delhi: Last year, Sonam Kapoor and her husband Ahuja became parents to a baby boy. The actress is quite open about her family life, often posting sweet photographs and teasing fans with peeks of her newborn child. The new parents love showing off their newborn, but they never show his face.

On January 25, Anand posted a lovely photo on Instagram of mother Sonam Kapoor cuddling her baby, Vayu. Anand revealed his feelings of longing for Vayu and Sonam by posting an unseen photo of the two of them.

Sonam can be seen wearing her pyjamas and has her hair pulled up in a bun. Vayu wore an all-white dress with an animal design and a pair of white socks.

After pondering the words of Khalil Gibran, which he had just recounted, Anand added, "I read this years ago and have always remembered it. Saved it so I could always refer to it and now so grateful to put it into practice w @sonamkapoor … missing you both too much. #VayusParents #EverydayPhenomenal."

He started the poem, “Your children are not your children. They are the sons and daughters of Life's longing for itself. They come through you but not from you, And though they are with you yet they belong not to you. You may give them your love but not your thoughts, For they have their own thoughts."

Sonam commented on the post: “Love you so much #everydayphenomenal,” while her sister Rhea wrote, “Happiest boy," with a red heart.

On the work front, Sonam Kapoor's next film will be Shome Makhija's 'Blind', in which she plays a police officer who is blind.
