'Congress Killed Our Children' Posters Put Up In Telangana Ahead Of Rahul Gandhi's Visit Today
Telangana Polls: Protest posters have been put up in the state ahead of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi's visit to the state.
Telangana Elections 2023: Ahead of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's visit, posters have been put up in Nizamabad and Bodhan in Telangana against the party with the photo of Gandhi and state Congress chief Revanth Reddy on them stating that "Congress party killed our children". The posters also sought an apology from the grand-old party.
"You are responsible for the sacrifices.. You are the one who killed our children, you have to apologise.. You have to rub your nose on the ground.. Electricity problems in Karnataka.. Not jobs.. Gallows.. Unemployed for the sin of voting for Congress," the posters, loosely translated into English, read.

Telangana is the only state remaining to vote this year as voting has concluded in Mizoram, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh while polling is underway in Rajasthan.
Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra have public meetings lined up in Telangana where they are aiming to remove the CM KCR-led BRS government. On the other hand, KCR is confident of repeating the government in the youngest state of the country for the third time in a row.
Congress Bats On 6 Guarantees In Telangana
Congress is hoping for a better performance than in 2018 with six guarantees for the state. During a rally, Priyanka Gandhi announced the same. Below are the guarantees of the party:
Mahalaxmi Yojana
• Rs 2,500 to women every month
• Free bus travel for women in the state
• LPG cylinder for Rs 500
Rythu Bharosa
• Rs 15,000 per acre annually to farmers
• Rs 12,000 annually to agricultural laborers
• Bonus of Rs 500/quintal for paddy.
Yuva Vikasam
• Vidya Bharosa card of Rs 5 lakh for the education of students
• Telangana International Schools in every division of the state.
Indira Amma Indlu
• Land and assistance of Rs 5 lakh for the houses of homeless people in the state.
• 250 square yards of land for workers involved in Telangana movement.
Grih Jyoti
• 200 units of free electricity to every household
Cheyutha
• Pension of Rs 4,000 per month to the elderly.
• Rajeev Arogya Shree Insurance of Rs 10 lakh
