Union Minister and BJP National President JP Nadda on Thursday released the party's 'Sankalp Patra' (manifesto) for the Haryana Assembly Elections in which government jobs to Agniveers, minimum support price for 24 crops and 'Laado Laxmi Yojana' featured on the top in the list of 20 promises. The state state government is currently procuring 14 crops at MSP.






Key Poll Promises





      1. ₹2,100 per month to all women under Laado Laxmi Yojana.

      2. Construction of 10 industrial cities on the lines of IMT Kharkhoda and special incentives to entrepreneurs to provide jobs to 50,000 local youth per city.

      3. Under Chirayu-Ayushman Yojana, free treatment up to ₹10 lakh for each family and free treatment facility up to ₹5 lakh to each elderly person above 70 years of age in the family.

      4. Purchase of 24 crops at declared Minimum Support Price (MSP).

      5. Guaranteed government jobs to two lakh youth 'without any slip and expense".

      6. Other employment opportunities for five lakh youth and monthly stipend from National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme.

      7. Five lakh houses in urban and rural areas.

      8. Free dialysis in government hospitals.

      9. Olympic Games nursery in every district.

      10. Cylinder for ₹500 under Har Ghar Grihani Yojana.

      11. Under the Awal Balika Yojana, every student going to college in a rural area will be given a scooter.

      12. Guarantee of government job to every Agniveer.

      13. Construction of KMP's Orbital Rail Corridor and launch of new Vande Bharat trains in collaboration with the Government of India.

      14. Launch of various rapid rail services and Intercity Express Metro service between Faridabad and Gurugram.

      15. Separate welfare boards with adequate budget for small backward castes (36 communities).

      16. Increase in all social monthly pensions based on scientific formula linking DA and pensions.

      17. Full scholarship to students of OBC and SC castes from Haryana studying medicine and engineering from any government college in India.

      18. Haryana State Government will guarantee loans up to ₹25 lakh for all OBC category entrepreneurs, in addition to the Mudra Scheme.

      19. Training in modern skills by making Haryana a center of global education.

      20. An international level Aravalli Jungle Safari Park in South Haryana.










Nadda said the BJP government offered farmers about ten times more crop compensation as compared to what the Congress government gave. "When the Congress was in power, crop compensation of ₹1,158 crore was given to the farmers, whereas during the BJP government, crop compensation of ₹12,500 crore was given to the farmers," he said.






"We are serving Haryana non-stop and you have to shoulder a huge responsibility in doing this non-stop. We have done what we said, we have also done what we did not say, and we will also do what we say," Nadda said.


Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and Haryana BJP President Mohan Lal Badoli were present at the event in Rohtak. Haryana will vote for all 90 seats on October 5 and the results will be announced on October 8. The Congress has announced seven guarantees, including the promises of a legal guarantee for MSP and a caste survey, if voted to power.
