"People have given 10 years to BRS to govern. It should have fulfilled the promises but a lot of promises were unkept. Congress party is committed to its manifesto and once we form the government in Telangana, we will fulfill all our promises," says Congress leader Sachin Pilot.
"Rahul Gandhi, you have turned 50. Loneliness must be bothering you. It's your decision. We don't disturb anyone, but if someone teases us, we don't spare them," says AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's '2 friends' remark.
Telangana Elections: Prime Minister Narendra Modi begins a roadshow in Hyderabad.
BJP national president JP Nadda says, "The sky, ocean and the earth have not been left untouched by Congress' corruption...KCR is doing appeasement politics...Through appeasement, he is giving unconstitutional reservation to one community..."
In Karimnagar, Prime Minister Narendra Modi says, "In Huzurabad by-elections, Karimnagar showed the 'Farmhouse CM' the trailer of being ousted from the power...The game ends in these elections. Today, the entire Telangana is saying one thing - Telangana mein pehli baar, aa rahi hai BJP sarkaar.'
Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra addresses a public rally in Telangana's Bhongir.
She says, "The aim of both BRS and BJP is to remain in power and increase their wealth. You have to show them that the people of Telangana will not surrender for money and they will fight for their rights as they have been doing it."
The BRS has written to the Election Commission of India seeking to reconsider its earlier decision to withdraw the permission given to the Telangana's KCR government to disburse the financial assistance under Rythu Bandhu scheme.
Addressing an election rally in Telangana's Bhuvanagiri, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi said, "You (people of Telangana) don't have any hope left in the (BRS) government because it has shown you in the last 10 years that it is not bothered about your problems."
When asked that AIMIM is being seen supporting BRS openly in these elections, AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi says, "No, there are BRS candidates contesting against us on nine assembly seats. Wherever there isn't a candidate, we have urged the public to make 'Mamu' (KCR) the Chief Minister for the third time. So, we are contesting against them, they against us...There is nothing like that."
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi charged Congress after the Election Commission of India revoked the permission given to BRS for giving financial assistance under the Rythu Bandhu scheme.
Owaisi said: "Congress party objected to it. This is an ongoing scheme and has been in implementation for years. What objection does the Congress party have against an ongoing scheme? Had this been a new scheme, we would have understood. But this isn't a new scheme. Sudden objection from the Congress party clearly implies that do not want the farmers to benefit...You made it halt, this is sending out a wrong message across Telangana..."
Sachin Pilot targeted the KCR government in Telangana saying: "People have given BRS ten years to govern, they should have fulfilled their promises. Small states were created to create more jobs and create more satisfied young people. Unfortunately in Telangana, those dreams have not been fulfilled...A lot of promises have been unkept. Congress party today is committed to our manifesto & once our government is formed we will fulfil all the promises..."
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot says: "There was no anti-incumbency wave against the government...Everyone voted enthusiastically. An atmosphere-like undercurrent was created in Rajasthan...Congress is going to get a clear majority. People have liked our schemes and guarantees."
Ahead of the November 30 polls in Telangana, Bharat Rashtra Samithi MLC K Kavitha said, "Telangana is on the path of development and it will reach greater heights. Both the national parties (Congress & BJP) are scared just seeing the trailer, while the full picture remains. Many people (political parties) will come here to mislead you (the public). Many developmental works schools have been done in the state. Then why should you not vote for BRS? Many people are trying to stop the development of Telangana."
"They only want to come to power, not work and be accountable to the people of the state. These people have come from Delhi, and they will return there. Congress was elected 11 times, but did they give to the state," she added.
The Election Commission has revoked the permission granted to KCR government to disburse financial assistance under Rythu Bandhu scheme. " "There shall be no disbursement under the Scheme till the Model Code of Conduct in the State of Telangana ceases to apply in all its forms," said the poll panel.
AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi says, "...With a lot of hard work over the years we achieved success in the Nampally assembly seat...Today, BJP and RSS want to stop the success of AIMIM..."
BJP National President JP Nadda says, "The coming together of Jana Sena Party and BJP will change the destiny and face of Telangana, we will work in such a manner..."
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says, "If you are friends with KCR or their family member then you can clear an exam very easily but you are the youth of Telangana you cannot clear an exam or get a job without giving bribe..."
Prime Minister Narendra Modi says, "We have a government in Telangana that stays in a farmhouse & does not give houses to the poor. KCR is an enemy of the poor & held their houses. But I promise that as soon as the BJP government is formed in Telangana these houses will be given to the poor immediately. This is Modi's guarantee..."
Only BJP is the alternative to the misrule of BRS, says PM Modi at a poll rally in Telangana.
Addressing a rally in Nirmal, Prime Minister Narendra Modi says, "BRS has given you nothing except betrayal. Telangana is in debt of thousands of crores of rupees. Today, Telangana is known for the irrigation scams...KCR does not care for your future. KCR only cares for his own children & family members' future..."

Elections in five states are drawing to a close with seven days remaining and only one state left to vote: Telangana on November 30. The polls to the 200-member Rajasthan Legislative Assembly was held on Saturday.
Telangana will witness a direct contest between K Chandrashekar Rao-led Bharat Rashtra Samithi, the Congress, and the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while addressing a rally in Medak, took a jibe at the Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Sunday. The Prime Minister said KCR had to run from his seat and contest the upcoming State Assembly Elections from another seat due to the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and its candidate Etela Rajender.
He said another reason for KCR to contest from a different seat is the anger of the farmers and the poor.
KCR is an MLA from the Gajwel seat and will contest the Nov 30 elections from this constituency and Kamareddy. He will be having a direct contest with Congress state chief Revanth Reddy in Kamareddy.
PM Modi during his address said, "Telangana CM considers (the state) as his property. Why did KCR need to contest from another seat? Why did he have to go there? Congress' Rahul Gandhi also had to leave Amethi and run away to Kerala. KCR also had to run away. One of the major reasons for this is BJP candidate Etela Rajender and the other reason is the anger of the farmers and the poor."
Meanwhile, KCR on Sunday said that financial assistance under schemes run by his government would be increased if his party BRS is voted to power again.
"Please compare the welfare during those (Congress) 50 years with that of BRS’ 10 years rule. In the Congress rule, the pension was just ₹200 (per month). It was BRS which increased it to ₹2,000. Now, we are going to increase it further to ₹5,000 gradually," he said, adding that the financial assistance under Rythu Bandhu investment support scheme for farmers will be increased to ₹16,000 gradually from the existing ₹10,000," Rao said at a rally in Khanapur.
The BRS won 88 seats in the 2018 elections. Sixteen MLAs from Congress, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), and a couple of independents later joined the BRS.
