XLRI, one of India's most prestigious and oldest business schools, has announced the launch of the 4th batch of its Postgraduate Diploma in Management (HRM) for Emerging CHROs, in collaboration with Leadup Universe, a leading executive education and career acceleration platform. The programme is scheduled to begin in April 2025 and is designed for professionals on the path to becoming Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs).
Spanning 18 months and divided into six terms, the programme offers a comprehensive and flexible learning journey. With over 30 courses covering areas such as strategy, human resource management, finance, technology, marketing, and operations, participants are equipped with the critical C-Suite skills needed for leadership roles. The programme also includes a three-month capstone project with industry involvement, ensuring practical application of the knowledge gained.
The programme features sessions led by a blend of faculty from XLRI, international business schools, and industry experts, offering participants a rich mix of academic and practical insights. Graduates will not only benefit from XLRI's extensive alumni network but will also receive one-on-one mentoring and exclusive invitations to CXO roundtable events hosted by Leadup Universe.

To be eligible to enroll in the program, candidates must have 10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
