Kanpur-based Raghuvanshi secured 97.17 per cent marks in the exam. Shivam emerged as the second topper with 97 per cent while Tanuja Vishwakarma secures the third position with 96.83 per cent.
After the result was announced, UP CM Yogi Adityanath congratulated students for succeeding in the board exams.

In the exam, students need to score a minimum of 33% marks in High School Examination i.e. Class 10th. Uttar Pradesh Board High School Examination (HSE) i.e. Class 10th exams were conducted from 7th to 28th February 2019. CCTV cameras and voice recorders were set up across all exam centres while undertaking stringent control measures at some exam centres.
Once declared, all the candidates will be able to check their scores on upmsp.nic.in and upresults.nic.in, besides other result web portals. The candidates must note, due to lakhs of students participating online to check their results simultaneously, a glitch or a delay in checking the UP Board results is expected.
