The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the CBSE 12th Board Results 2023 today. Candidates who appeared for the board exams can check their results on cbse.nic.in, using their roll numbers. While the board has not published the toppers list this year to prevent unhealthy competition among students, the board has released the region-wise pass percentage list. Among all regions, Trivandrum has topped the list with a 99.91% pass percentage followed by Bengaluru securing a pass percentage of 98.64%, in the CBSE 12th Results 2023

Officials said the board has decided to do away with the practice of awarding first, second and third divisions to students based on their scores. “No merit list will be declared by CBSE to avoid unhealthy competition among students. However, the board will issue merit certificates to 0.1 per cent of students who have scored the highest marks in various subjects,” a senior board official said.
