NEET Exam 2020: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced changes in NEET exam centers for some candidates due to Covid 19 measures. According to the official notification, 'the Examination Centers of NEET (UG) - 2020 Examination scheduled on 13 September 2020 from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM for some of the candidates have been changed due to implementation of COVID-19 measures'.


NTA has clarified that there are no changes in the 'centre city' and only the exam centres have been changed. Those candidates who will be affected by it have been informed by the NTA via SMS and email.

'There is no change in the Centre Cities of the candidates; only Centres have been changed. The concerned candidates have already been informed by NTA through SMS and email. They are also being informed telephonically'

The NTA has also said in its notification that 'such candidates are advised to download their latest admit card available on NEET website (https://ntaneet.nic.in) and report as per the details given in latest Admit Card at the new Examination Centre for NEET (UG) - 2020 Examination on 13 September 2020.'

The NTA had released the admit card last month. students can access it on the official website nta.ac.in.Here are the steps to download the hall tickets

  • Visit the official website of NTA- https://www.nta.ac.in/ or ntaneet.nic.in.

  • Click on the activated link that says- NEET admit card 2020’.

  • Fill the required details such as application number, date of birth and the security pin

  • Click Submit and the  NEET Admit Card 2020 of will appear on the screen.

  • Download and take a print out for future reference.


On Thursday, the Health Ministry released a revised SOP for conducting exams during the pandemic. Even though students, parents, and political leaders were demanding postponement of the exam, the government had confirmed the schedule of the exams. It became even cleared after the Supreme Court refused to hear final petitions seeking the postponement of the NEET exams. The apex court has also dismissed review petition filed by ministers of six state government ministers of Maharashtra, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh which was seeking a review of the court's August 17 order to conduct NEET-UG and JEE (Mains) examinations.
