Earlier in the month, Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education chairperson Shakuntala Kale was in a virtual meeting with the Education Department, had said that Class 12 exam results may be announced by July 15 while Class 10 results will be announced by the end of July.
The evaluation process of the answer sheets was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While it was decided to let teachers check the answer sheets at home.
In 2020 more than 13 lakh students appeared for HSC Exam and 17 lakh students appeared for SSC exam.
Once the results are announced the admission process for Class 11th will also be initiated. According to reports, Uddhav Thackrey has instructed the education department to ensure a fair process. He also requested that the syllabus for classes 1-12 be made available online and offline.
Here is how to check the results once it is declared
- Visit any of the official websites – www.mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in
- On the home page, click on SSC or HSC (depending on the results that are declared)
- Enter your registration number and other requisite details
- Click on ‘Submit’ tab to view your result
- The result will appear on the page
- Save the result and take a printout for future reference
