With this, there are several speculations and concerns with regards to marking criteria for those examinations which could not be conducted by the MPBSR board due to Coronavirus induced lockdown across the state.

It is to be noted that with a worsening situation, the Madhya Pradesh government had to enforce a lockdown in the state in order to curb the spread of deadly COVID-10 virus. Due to this, the MP board could not conduct some of the class 10 board exams. Initially, there were speculations of board conducting the pending exams after the lockdown uplifts.

However, after rounds of discussion for days over the pending board exams, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj ordered to ultimately cancel the rest of the examinations. This raised questions around the marching scheme on which the pending subjects will be marked.
