Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt: Bumper vacancies are out for engineering freshers in Wipro's fresher hiring program 'Elite National Talent Hunt'. This vacancy is for those engineering students who will complete their curriculum in 2022. In the financial year 2023, 30k offer letters are expected to be issued for freshers.


The registration for these posts started on August 23, 2021, and the last date for registration is September 15, 2021. The online assessment will be conducted from September 25 to 27, 2021. 


Age Limit: The age limit for these posts has been fixed at 25 years.


Educational Qualifications: Candidates should have completed B.E./B.Tech (mandatory degree)/ M.E./M.Tech (5 years integrated course) full time from an institute recognized by the Central/State Government of India. . . All the branches are eligible for the program except Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Agriculture and flower Technology.  Candidates should have minimum 60% aggregate marks in class 10th, 12th, undergraduate and postgraduate examinations. A gap of three years is allowed in education.

Other criteria for Wipro Elite National Talent Hunt



  1. A backlog is allowed at the time of the assessment stage.

  2. The offer will be given only after all the backlogs are cleared.

  3. 2022-GAP allowed for a maximum of 3 years in the field of education (from 10th to graduation)

  4. Candidates who have participated in any of the selection processes conducted by Wipro in the last six months are not eligible.

  5. Must be an Indian citizen or have a PIO or OCI card in case of holding a passport of any other country.

  6. Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal will have to submit their citizenship certificates.


Here is the evaluation process


There will be an online assessment of the students, which will be followed by a business discussion. Based on the progress an LOI will be issued, followed by an offer letter. The Online Assessment will be a 128-minute long test consisting of three sections- Aptitude Test for Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (Verbal) Ability, Spanning for 40 minutes, an online programming test featuring two programs for 20 minutes written communication test with essay writing and an online programming test featuring two special programs for coding, to be completed within 60 minutes. For programming test, candidates can choose from Java, C, C++ or Python programming languages.
