Rajasthan RPSC RAS Recruitment 2021: Rajasthan Public Service Commission has postponed the online form filling date for Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Preliminary Examination 2021. The application process for Rajasthan State Services was to start from Wednesday 28 July i.e. today.
In a notification issued on Wednesday, the commission said that "The online application process for RAS-RTS Examination 2021-22 is being postponed due to technical reasons. The new dates for the commencement of online application for this examination will be intimated soon officially."
According to the notification issued earlier, a total of 988 vacancies are to be recruited through this recruitment drive. Out of 988 posts, total of 363 vacancies are for state services and 625 vacancies are for subordinate services. The commission will announce the exam date in due course.
Educational Qualification :
Candidates should have Bachelor's degree from recognized university. Candidates in the final year/semester of graduation degree are also eligible to apply. However, it is mandatory for the candidates to submit the final year qualification certificate before the RPSC mains exam.
Age Limit :
Candidates wishing to apply should be at least 21 years and not more than 40 years of age as of January 1, 2022.
Application Fee :
General candidates applying for these posts will have to pay an application fee of Rs 350. On the other hand, OBC, BC candidates of Rajasthan will have to deposit an application fee of Rs 250. On the other hand, SC and ST candidates will have to pay Rs 150 as an application fee.
Selection Process :
The selection process for RPSC State and Subordinate Services is based on Preliminary Round and Mains Round. To qualify for the mains round, candidates need to clear the prelims round first.
