New Delhi: Indian Space Research Organisation has issued an advertisement for the positions of Purchase and Store Officer, Administrative Officer and Account Officer. Last date to submit applications is - April 21st 2021. 


Interested candidates can submit the application online by visiting ISRO’s official website - isro.gov.in. Selection process includes, written test which will be conducted at twelve venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal,Chandigarh, C hennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram.

Number of open positions for Purchase and Store Officer – 12
Number of open positions for Account Officer – 6
Number of open positions for Administrative Officer – 6

Qualifications Required: 


Purchase and Store Officer - MBA in Marketing or Material Management, work experience of at least one year as supervisor or PG Diploma in Material Management and three years work experience.


Account Officer - ACA / FCIA AICWA or MBA and work experience of at least one year as supervisor.


Administrative Officer – MBA and work experience of at least one year as supervisor.


Selected candidates will be appointed as officers in Level-10 of the Pay Matrix. They will be given a minimum basic salary of Rs.56,100 per month. Apart from which they will be provided with dearness allowance, house rent allowance and transport allowance. New recruits will be included in the new pension scheme. Other benefits include, contributory medical care facilities for self and family dependent members, canteen facility at concessional rate, limited residential facility, departmental transport facility, holiday travel concession, group insurance, advance for building house etc. as per rules.


For PWBD Candidates the notice states "who apply for vacancies as are reserved for PWBD have to submit Disability Certificate in the prescribed format at the time of Interview or as and when called for, clearly indicating the percentage of disability, issued by Medical Board consisting of at least three (03) members out of which one shall be a specialist in the particular field for assessing disability, duly constituted by Central or a State Government. The definition of Disabilities are as specified in the schedule of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and Rules framed there-under."
