The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for the IBPS Clerk Recruitment 2023. The IBPS released a short notice today announcing the timeline of the recruitment of clerks in various banks. As notified, the shortlisting of candidates for recruitment shall be done on the basis of a two-tier examination system. Candidates will be first required to appear for the preliminary examination and those who clear the preliminary exam shall be then called for the ‘Main’ written examination.
As per the schedule notified, the online application process for the recruitment will commence on July 1, and the last date to submit the registration cum application forms for the recruitment shall be July 21, 2023. The Pre-Exam Training will be held in August 2023, and the admit cards for the training shall be issued in the same month itself. Even the admit cards for the IBPS Clerk 2023 Preliminary Examination shall be issued sometime in August 2023.
The IPS Clerk 2023 Preliminary Examination is tentatively scheduled to be conducted in August/September 2023. The result of the preliminary exam will be released in September/October 2023. The preliminary examination will be held in the online CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. Following the preliminary examination, the IBPS Clerk Main Examination 2023 will be held in October 2023.
