Manish Sisodia, the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, on Saturday stated that arrangements for free and quality education "should be made for every child" in the country, news agency PTI reported. During a visit at a government school, Sisodia stated that schools should train pupils to think of themselves as job providers rather than job seekers.

"Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and I have a dream that every child of Delhi should get a wonderful school to study, where they should be given world-class education free of cost. We are working hard to fulfill this vision," said Sisodia, as per news agency PTI's report.

He further added: "To become world's number one country, we must make arrangements for free and quality education for every child. We must also ensure that children aspire to become entrepreneurs and job providers." Delhi government has been "working hard to deliver good-quality education," free of charge, to every kid in Delhi, according to him.

"Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and I have a dream that every child of Delhi should get a wonderful school to study, where they should be given world-class education free of cost. We are working hard to fulfill this vision," Sisodia said PTI.

In an article of Times Now, Sisodia is quoted as saying "The education model in Delhi has gone through revolutionary changes in the past seven years. We made new schools, introduced new curricula like Happiness, Entrepreneurship Mindset and Deshbhakti (patriotism). Teachers went abroad to get training, our results improved and all this was made possible because of strong research and training in which SCERT Delhi provided support from time to time."

According to the deputy CM, the SCERT, or Research and Training wing, plays a crucial part in the education department of any nation. He further said "Improvement of quality of education depends on this. If today, the education system of Finland is on the top, it is because of their excellent research and training in the field of education."
