DST Bihar Recruitment 2019: The Department of Science & Technology (DST), Bihar has begun the online application process for the posts of Lecturer and Assistant Professor today i.e. Monday, 11th March 2019, on its official website – dst.bih.nic.in. DST Bihar aims to fill a whopping 1676 vacancies through this mega recruitment drive for candidates eligible to apply for Lecturer and Assistant Professor posts in Engineering Colleges and various Government Polytechnic Colleges of the state of Bihar. The closing date for the submission of online applications is 31st March 2019.

Asst. Professor (Engineering College) – 985 posts

Lecturer (Government Polytechnic College) – 691 posts

Eligibility Criteria:

Asst. Professor – The applicant must have done BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech  with First Class and qualified GATE as well as UGC/CSIR NET Exam;

Lecturer – The applicant must possess a PG Degree with First Class in Related Subject and should have qualified UGC NET OR should have done BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech  with First Class and qualified GATE as well as UGC/CSIR NET Exam.
