AIATSL Recruitment 2018: Air India Air Transport Services Limited has released a notification inviting applications to fill 250 vacancies for various posts including Customer Agent, Handyman, Sr. Ramp Service Agent, Ramp service agent, and Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver. The recruitment of the selected candidates will be for three years. AIATSL is organizing walk-in interviews for this recruitment drive on 5th January, 12th January, and 19th January 2019, next month. AIATSL Recruitment 2018 - Important Dates: Dates of Walk-in Interviews - 5th January, 12th January, and 19th January 2019 Time of Walk-in Interviews - 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Venue of Walk-in Interviews - Air India Ltd. Engineering Complex New Technical Area, Dum Dum, Kolkata – 700 052 (Opposite to Airport SPEED POST office) Vacancy Details: Customer Agent – 60 posts Handyman – 101 posts Sr. Ramp Service Agent – 4 posts Ramp Service Agent – 25 posts Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver – 58 posts Ramp Service Agent/Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver – 2 posts Eligibility Criteria: Customer Agent – The applicant must be a Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern and should possess basic knowledge of computer operations. The applicant should possess minimum 6 years of experience in any of the areas of fares, reservation, Airline Ticketing, Computerized passenger check-in/cargo handling area with any Airline / Airline Travel Agency or Ground Handling Agency. The applicant should be conversant in English. The applicant should be able to speak and understand local & Hindi language. Handyman – The applicant must have passed class 10th /SSC with minimum one year experience in Loading / Unloading functions in any organization supported by experience certificate. The applicant should be able to understand and read English Language. The applicant should be able to speak and understand local & Hindi language. Sr. Ramp Service Agent/Ramp Service Agent – The applicant must have three years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical / Production / Electronics/ Automobile Engineering recognised by the state government or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in motor vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench fitter / Welder (ITI with NCTVT - certificate issued from directorate of Vocational education and training of any state government. The applicant should be able to comprehend and be conversant in the local language. The applicant should possess driving license essential for heavy motor vehicles. Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver – The applicant must have passed Matriculation and should hold a valid HMV Driving License. The applicant should be conversant in English, and able to understand and speak in local & Hindi languages. Age-Limit: The upper age limit of 28 years is applicable. Age-relaxation rules apply as stated in the official advertisement given below. Selection Process: Customer Agent – Candidates will be selected on the basis of the screening test. Handyman – Candidates will be selected on the basis of Screening and Physical Endurance Test. Sr. Ramp Service Agent/Ramp Service Agent – Candidates will be selected on the basis of Screening and Trade Test. Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver – Candidates will be selected on the basis of Screening and Trade Test.
