Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, speaking at a press conference hosted at the residence of AAP MP Sanjay Singh in Delhi, has raised significant doubts regarding the ongoing raids related to the liquor scam. Kejriwal said, "Over 1000 raids have been conducted in connection with the liquor scam, don't know how many people have been arrested. They say that it was a scam of Rs 100 crore, however, even after so many raids they have failed to find even a penny".

Kejriwal alleged, "They (ED officials) searched his entire house but nothing was found, and he was arrested in the evening. Elections are coming, and after the formation of the INDIA alliance, PM Modi is desperate... They will arrest many people till 2024. Sanjay Singh is a lion...We will file a case in court..."

Kejriwal and his wife, Sunita Kejriwal, paid a visit to Sanjay Singh's family.

Earlier, Kejriwal took to Twitter to condemn AAP MP Sanjay Singh's arrest, calling it "completely illegal." "This shows Modi Ji's desperation," tweeted Kejriwal. Many more opposition leaders will be arrested..."
