Speaking on the 'mega rally' at Ramlila Maidan on March 31, Delhi minister and AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj said, "This will be an occasion where all big leaders of INDIA alliance will come together. The entire country will raise its voice against the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal just ahead of the (Lok Sabha) elections."
The Delhi Government has decided to convene a special assembly session on Wednesday to discuss the issue of health services in the national capital. This came after CM Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday sent his second set of instructions to his Cabinet colleagues. Delhi minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said the CM had asked him to take steps to alleviate difficulties faced by people at Mohalla clinics and resolve their troubles.

During BJP's protest demanding Kejriwal's resignation, party candidate from New Delhi Lok Sabha Constituency Bansuri Swaraj said, "Running the government from the jail is unfavourable to the people of Delhi... I want to ask Arvind Kejriwal why is his soul asleep. You should resign based on ethics... They are doing press conferences to create false sympathy..."

Punjab minister and Aam Aadmi Party leader Harjot Singh Bains has been detained by the police outside Patel Chowk metro station. The Delhi Police says no permission has been given for protest.
Ministers from Punjab cabinet and workers of AAP's Punjab unit reached Patel Chowk metro station to protest against Kejriwal's arrest.
Meanwhile, the police have detained some AAP workers.
The Delhi Police made announcements outside Patel Chowk metro station that section 144 has been imposed and there is no permission for protests and that the area should be cleared within 5 minutes.
Ahead of the protest by Aam Aadmi Party against Kejriwal's arrest, the entry/exit has been closed at Lok Kalyan Marg Metro station while Gate number 3 of Patel Chowk metro station and gate number 5 of Central Secretariat has been closed till further notice.

The plan to 'gherao' the prime minister's residence was announced by Delhi minister and party leader Gopal Rai who said that mega protests will be held nationwide.
The AAP national convener, who will remain in the custody of the central agency till Thursday, has been accused of soliciting kickbacks from liquor traders in exchange for favours, claimed the ED.
He has also been accused of being the "kingpin and key conspirator" in the now-scrapped liquor policy.
The allegations have been refuted by the Delhi CM who accused the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Centre of "manipulating investigative agencies for political motives".
In view of the Tuesday protest by the Aam Aadmi Party, the Delhi Police has beefed up security around the PM's residence and several other parts of the national capital.
Section 144 of CrPC has also been imposed around the prime ministers residence and no one will be allowed to protest there, said a Delhi Traffic Police officer.
Meanwhile, the BJP has also planned a protest in the national capital to demand resignation from Kejriwal as Delhi CM. The saffron party will take on streets at around 11 am from Feroz Shah Kotla stadium to Delhi Secretariat via ITO and the march will be attended by senior leaders of BJP's Delhi unit including Delhi BJP chief Virendraa Sachdeva.
