2 Shooters From Khalistani Terrorist Arsh Dalla's Gang Arrested By Delhi Police

The Delhi Police on Monday arrested two shooters linked to Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla.

The Special Cell of Delhi Police on Monday arrested two shooters linked to Canada-based Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla following a brief encounter on Sunday night. The encounter between the shooters and the police tool place on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday in Delhi's Mayur Vihar area.

According to media reports, the two shooters were absconding after jumping a parole in a case in Punjab.

"Two sharpshooters of international terrorist/Gangster Arshdeep Singh @ Dala namely Rajpreet Singh alias Raja alias Bamb and Virender Singh alias Vimmy arrested by Delhi Police on the main road towards Akshardham Mandir, Mayur Vihar after a brief exchange of fire," said Delhi Special Commissioner of Police, HGS Dhaliwal.

"Both of the criminals were given a task by Arshdeep to assassinate a singer namely Elly Mangat, for which they attempted in October 2023 in Bathinda, but failed as the target was not found at home," he added.

Last month, two shooters were arrested by the Delhi Police Special Cell linked to Dalla, who is wanted by the Delhi Police, Punjab Police, and the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in multiple cases.

In September, Khalistani terrorist Sukhdul Singh, also known as Sukha Duneke, who was part of the gang operated by Canada-based gangster Arsh Dalla was killed by unidentified people in Winnipeg.

In August, two close aides of Dalla, Manpreet Singh Peeta and his brother Mandeep, were deported from Philippines to India where they were arrested by the National Investigation Agency.

Manpreet had executed many plans at the behest of Arsh Dala in Punjab while staying in the Philippines. This was after two of his associates were deported to India days after Indian agencies succeeded in bringing Sachin, a relative of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, who had been absconding after the sensational murder of Moosewala in May 2022, to India.

In September, NIA in coordination with state police forces raided nearly 30 locations in Punjab as well as the remaining locations in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Delhi, and the National Capital Region.

The searches were conducted at the premises and suspected locations of the associates of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, Bambiha, and individual ‘listed terrorist’ Arshdeep Singh Dalla gangs.
