Sameer Khan Suffered Brain Clot After Driver Crashed Car Into Him

Sameer Khan sustained injuries in a road accident on September 17 while he was accompanied by his wife, Nilofar. Following the incident, he had been receiving treatment in the hospital. He breathed his last on Sunday.

According to media reports, on September 17, Sameer was taking his wife and Nawab Malik's daughter, Nilofar, for a routine check-up. After their visit, he asked the driver to bring the car around. The driver mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, resulting in the accident.

According to TOI, the driver, Abdul Ansari, told the police that he accidentally hit the accelerator instead of the brakes which led to him knocking over several parked bikes before crashing into Khan, pushing him for about 10-15 feet and pinning him between the vehicle and the boundary wall of a building.

Sameer Khan suffered a brain clot along with multiple injuries from the crash and was admitted to the hospital, where he ultimately succumbed on Sunday.
