Rishi Sunak's Journey As UK PM

Rishi Sunak served as the UK's Prime Minister from October 2022 until his resignation in July 2024, becoming the first British-Indian leader to hold the top position. He was succeeded in 2024 by Keir Starmer, a former barrister and member of Parliament since 2015.

As per the Mint report, Sunak participated in his final Prime Minister’s Questions, reflecting on his time in office and engaging in a light-hearted exchange with Starmer on October 30. This marked a notable moment in British politics as Sunak stepped down after the Conservative Party’s recent electoral setbacks.
