However in March, the EPFO's apex decision making body Central Board of Trustees headed by Labour Minister Santosh Gangwar had already approved 8.5 percent interest rate on EPF for 2019-20.

1) You need to dial 011-22901406 from the phone registered with Universal Account number (UAN) account.
2) However, the call will get disconnected after two rings automatically, but no money will be charged to this service.
3) Remember, the subscriber with the phone user should have completed KYC with the EPFO.

You need to type EPFOHO and send it to 7738299899.
