With the competitive pricing of the Tata Curvv EV, it now cuts into the segment which has its smaller sibling, the Nexon EV while being a direct rival to the likes of the MG ZS for sure. Range


The Curvv EV comes with two battery packs, a 45 and a 55kWh battery pack while the 45 version has an ARAI 502km range with the 55 version having a 585km range ARAI figure. In the real world, expect 400-450km. The Nexon EV meanwhile is available with a 30 kWh battery pack with 325km while the most powerful version has a 40.5kWh battery pack with 465km. The ZS from MG comes with a 50.3kWh battery that has a claimed range of 461 km.


Prices


The 45kWh battery pack Curvv comes with a price of Rs 17.49 lakh to Rs 19.29 lakh for the 45kWh battery pack while the 55kWh battery pack version is priced between Rs 19.25 to Rs 21.99 lakh. The Nexon EV meanwhile is priced between Rs 14.4 lakh to Rs 19.4 lakh. The ZS from MG comes in between Rs 18.9 lakh to Rs 25.4 lakh.


Features


Between the Curvv and the Nexon, there are similarities including the 12.3-inch screen and ventilated seats along with features such as a 360 degree camera. However, the Curvv has a recline rear seat feature, a panoramic sunroof, powered drivers seat, ADAS level 2, and a more powerful JBL audio system. The Curvv also has a different shifter and a frunk which is not there on the Nexon EV. The ZS also has features like a panoramic sunroof, a 10.1-inch screen, a 360 degree camera, ADAS and more.
