Hyundai is all set to launch the new Alcazar and one of the talking points is the features on offer, especially some new ones which are not there on other SUVs in its class. The Alcazar will launch on the 9th of September and will come with diesel as well as petrol powertrains with automatic options in both plus in 6 as well as in 7 seater forms. The 6-seater version has more luxury features aimed at the rear seat passenger along with more tech being added. Here are the top features.
Digital key
Normally seen on much more expensive luxury cars, the new Alcazar gets a NFC card digital key and is the first Hyundai to get this feature. Here, one needs to touch their smartphone or smartwatch against the door handle to unlock the car or lock. This Digital key can be shared with upto 3 different users or up to 7 linked devices at a time.
Rear seats
The version with individual captain seats gets larger headrests plus they are also adjustable along with having a cooling feature plus electronically, the front passenger seat can be adjusted from the rear. There is also a fixed table and a cup holder along with wireless charging too. The new Alcazar captain seats also have attached armrests.
Dual zone climate control with touch type AC panel
The drivers seat is powered with memory function and comes with retract welcome feature too along with a 360 degree camera, voice enabled panoramic sunroof, ADAS and dual-zone climate control plus powered handbrake, wireless charging and more. The dual zone climate control also comes with a touch type AC control panel. Elsewhere, dual 10.25-inch HD screens are also there plus 10 ambient sounds and an 8-speaker BOSE audio system.
