Washington DC, [USA] Aug 11 (ANI): A month after United States President Donald Trump's star in the Hollywood walk of fame was vandalised, several fake stars took its place on Friday.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, an artist and his group "The Faction" placed several Trump stickers on the blank squares on Thursday. They spent $1,000 on the stars.

The artist said that they placed the stickers to protest against West Hollywood City Council's recommendation to remove US President's star for allegedly mistreating several women.

The artist further said that his mission to preserve Trump's star was not yet over and added that if someone removes his (Trump) star then more will pop up in its place.

Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame star was vandalised for the second time on July 25. Earlier, it was destroyed in 2016, by a man named James Lambert Otis. (ANI)
