Sometimes, people think they are better off alone as that gives them more space and independence. However, one shouldn’t isolate because of their unwillingness to collaborate and must be overcome with enthusiastic social and quality emotional exchanges

Hopelessness:

Overcome hopelessness by surrounding yourself with optimistic, realistic people, reading inspiring books and case studies of resilience, practicing mantra meditation, and following a diet that energizes the body, mind, and soul.

Diversion:

We get diverted from the goal and focus on addressing the external factors. If we are averse to change and tend to look at the world outside to change, that’s living in denial. It’s important to understand that we need to adapt and that the world will not adapt with us.

Pride:

When we gain name, fame, appreciation and success, we feel that our journey is complete. Definitely not! The snake of pride gobbles us and eats us from within. Pride is overcome by sincere service to superiors

Doubts:

We should accept our life journey without comparing it with others. Doubts are overcome with spiritual knowledge and application of that knowledge in daily routine.

Dilemma:

Such fickle thoughts make us waver. If we are spiritually weak, we get easily influenced by the temptations of the world. Dilemma is overcome by meditating on the gifts we have received with gratitude.

Fear:

Fear accentuates the doubts and dilemma further to lose hope in the process. Fear is overcome by meditating on and accepting the power of the divine will to orchestrate events in our lives for our benefit however incomprehensible those events may be.

Anger:

The Bhagavad Gita says, that from anger, complete delusion arises, and from delusion bewilderment of memory. Anger, as they say, is one letter short of danger. Anger is overcome by purifying lust and accepting reality with grace.

Lust:

The desire to satisfy one's own senses is called Lust. Unfulfilled lust becomes anger while fulfilled lust becomes greed. It can be overcomed by controlling urges, avoiding tempting situations, and cultivating the mindset of being a trustee, not the enjoyer or controller.
