1 Cup Sabudana, 1 Cup Water, Butterfly Blue Pea Flowers
Boil the butterfly blue pea flowers in water until they turn blue and then use this water to rinse the sabudana.
Make sure to soak the sabudana in water for sufficient time to soften it properly.
Mix grated cottage cheese, chopped chilli, grated ginger, chopped coriander, sendha namak and black pepper.
Mash the soaked sabudana to make a smooth paste.
Steam the momos until cooked for about 10 minutes.
Make coriander oil using coriander, red chili, peppers, oil, and sendha namak.
Garnish the momos with crushed peanuts and pomegranate seeds and serve with peanut chutney, perfect for vrat.
