Brushing teeth twice, very important to have very good dental hygiene, eat less sugar.
Early to bed, early to rise: This habit is very important for students. Don't lose your sleep and study then recalling whatever u have read will also be difficult.
Read lots of books - Starting from a young age, reading leads to good vocabulary - learning skills, cognitive skills will improve.
Have separate family time and time for friends both are very important.
Eat nutritious food including lots of fruits, vegetables, dry fruits. Let there be a right balance of carbohydrates, protein, fats and nutrients
Reduce screen time- causes lots of strain on young growing eyes, early spectacle, squint, headache.
Washing hands frequently. Hand hygiene is the most important way to prevent infection, wash before and after eating, when they use washroom.
Do physical activity - play at least 1 hour whatever sport u choose.
Drink lots of water, not carbonated drinks, soda, bottled juices. Water cleanses our body very necessary for day to functioning of all important organs
Stay positive in life There will be ups and down in all our life. Take things in a positive way.
