Tamil New Year 2024 Recipes: Know How To Prepare Vegetable Chettinad

Take a frying pan and add oil, garlic, ginger, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, roasted chana dal, grated coconut and stir for 2 munities.

Then put it in a mixer jar, make a paste and keep it in a bowl.

Take another frying pan and oil, Chettinad garam masala, red chilli whole, and curry leaves stir for a few minutes

Then add chopped onion, chopped tomato and stir again for a while.

Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, black pepper powder, and salt to taste and stir for a few minutes.

Add all boiled vegetables and tomato cubes and keep them in low flame for 2 minutes.

Garnish with curry leaves & fried red chilli and serve with Malabar Paratha or Appam.
