Focus on the present moment daily.
Exercise regularly or walk for 30 minutes. Practicing yoga, pranayam or meditation will also help.
Drink plenty of water and natural fruit juices. Make sure to have a good intake of juicy fruits as well.
Nourish your brain with healthy and balanced meals.
Get 7-8 hours of restful sleep each night. Maintain a sleep hygiene by ensuring a fixed time of going to bed everyday.
Stop using mobile, laptops at least one and a half hour before going to bed.
Engage in meaningful social interactions.
Learn to say ‘no’ to avoid burnout.
Reflect on things you’re thankful for daily.
Try to develop a hobby which will give u pleasure, comfort, enjoyment and relaxation.
