In serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Naira calls Kartik as she needs money for her son's surgery. Dr Pallavi tells Naira that Kairav is suffering from Atrial Septal Defect (ASD), in layman’s term; Kairav has a hole in his heart. Naira is in complete shock. Naira is not ready to accept it but the doctor says that she can shout as much she can but she won’t shy away from her duty as Kairav is her responsibility.
