Woman kidnapped in broad day light in UP's Bareilly

The crime rate against women in Uttar Pradesh is not taking a full stop. The recent incident is of  Bareilly. The latest case is from Bareilly where a young woman was abducted yesterday. The people present during the incident, remained there as mere spectators and kept filling the whole incident.
