Congress has pulled up its sock for the forthcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections; with party President Rahul Gandhi constituting a 9-member Core Group Committee which will be take care of the major preparations of the polls.
The committee which was constituted on Saturday includes majorly senior leaders of the party namely former Finance Minister P.Chidambaram, Ghulam Nabi Azad former Defence Minister AK Antony, Ashok Gehlot, Ahmed Patel, Jairam Ramesh, Randeep Surjewala and KC Venugopal.
