When UP police didn't shoot but made shooting sounds!

It happened in Uttar Pradesh's Sambhal, when police officials tried to perform an encounter but could not as their guns were stuck. Soon after, the police officials screamed 'Thaayein, Thaayein' and acted as if they were shooting. It may be hilarious at first sight but see how under prepared our UP police are
