Uttar Pradesh: Ten dead in thunderstorm

In a hostile turn of weather as many as 10 people lost their lives and 28 got injured after thunderstorm struck  Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday.

Three people died in Gonda, 1 died in Faizabad and six in Sitapur, totaling to ten deaths in the state. 

Neighbouring state Delhi too suffered from extreme weather anomalies as dust storm in Rajasthan led to a thick blanket of haze enveloping the city and parts of the National Capital Region (NCR).
