Unseasonal rains kill 35, PM Modi expresses anguish

Due to western disturbance, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat witnessed rainfall, thunder-storm and lighting. Due to this, the weather in Delhi-NCR and northern parts of India was pleasant too. But there were 35 deaths.
Anguished by the loss of lives due to unseasonal rains and storms in various parts of Gujarat. My thoughts are with the bereaved families. Authorities are monitoring the situation very closely. All possible assistance is being given to those affected.
